 They are not fireworks, so they are legal almost everywhere.

Simply light the patch and wait 1 or 2 minutes and release. The lantern will ascend almost 2 miles leaving the viewers in awe.

A breathtaking sight especially if several are launched at the same time.

The lanterns are composed of fire-resistant paper bamboo and thin wire.

The fuel patch is made of waxed  paper.

I can not guarantee that they will fly because different atmospheric conditions can adversely effect the stability of the Sky Lanterns. As such they are being sold AS-IS with no warranties expressed or implied. (Caveat emptor)
